cleaning up the junk room

Anna and I invested the day assembling some shelves and then cleaning out the junk room at our house… I heard someone say if you haven’t worn something in six months, get rid of it… I’m not going quit that far, but I think how much we are willing to throw away and do without is a good guage on our love of stuff… and the more junk you toss out, the more room there is to live… hmmm… there MUST be a principle there somewhere…

    The six months rule is great, I just never know when it passed… 🙂

    So whenever we move… its release… 🙂

    Having gotten some new things in the U.S., I came home and filled two garbage bags full of old clothes from my closet…it’s a good rule of thumb; but I go by the “one year” rule.
