I’ve been doing to painting this week…

and I was struck by the clean-ness of the appearance of the room after the paint went on…
below was the grime and scratches, dents and spots from years of use…
but they are covered now, and clean and new looking…
like the follower of Jesus upon belief…
righteousness is a coat we wear that makes us fit for God
because He has cast our sins as far away as the east is from the west…
