Movies: “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close,” “Lincoln” and “Skyfall”
TV: NCIS, Blue Bloods, The Mentalist (on broadcast), Prime Suspect (all seasons), Damages (season 2) and MI5 (first 3 seasons) (from Netflix)
Video: Spy Game (Redford and Pitt) – love the scenes from Budapest and the sacrifice at the end
Web: PBSNewsHour – especially Shields and Brooks… PBS is especially awesome because I can view video from overseas IP addresses (which is important to me)

These are two questions I heard in church this morning. For the follower of Jesus, they’re pretty basic.
1. When was the last time I had a conversation about Jesus with a not-yet-believer?
2. What are the ways that I am taking care of my body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit?

This Tim Keller post could be helpful… but don’t think you can just fix yourself with determination. I think the author assumes that readers of his blog will understand that. Once you have read this article the next thing will be to pray that God will meet you and help you by changing your heart. The fruit of the Spirit is not a measure of how nice you are, it is a measure of how much God is working in you. http://redeemercitytocity.com/blog/view.jsp?Blog_param=461
