this mornin’ i was prayin’ for some friends who live in other countries and some friends who wish they were in other countries… and for this later group the following hit me as i prayed… its not about getting somewhere or garnering enough support to go or where we are going… the kingdom travelin’ is about where we are now and what we are doing with that…
i have so often in my life looked elsewhere with great longing… and in that i have lost the joy in where i was then… we are, right now, where we are, in a place where we can have joy… because He is here… and He is all we need for joy and gladness…
it ain’t about what we do; it is about who we are in Him… we have it backwards… first it’s Him in us, then we do…
moment by moment…
day by day…
until we see Him
