It is another day, a day in which we have choices to make. May we trust and glorify God! He empowers us to choose to live!

Don’t let your day be defined by your circumstances.

“O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.

So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands.” Psalm‬ ‭63:1-4‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!” Ps. 84:11-12‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him. And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide himself anymore, but your eyes shall see your Teacher. May we cast out our idols of control and superiority.

Bombings hugely increased in Ukraine today. Counter offensive not against military but civilians. Such a sad war. What a pitiful country Russia is. What a pathetic human Putin is. May God have mercy.
