I took this one Sunday afternoon in June in Mossel Bay, South Africa. On the Indian Ocean. It was their winter so it was chilly (65F) but a great day to hear the surf while walking on the beach.
I posted this because I thought of how I love to walk on the beach (or anywhere) with my Sweet Anna. I’m writing about rest and walking figures in to what my post will say.
