Fear not

“But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.”
Isaiah 43:1-3a ESV

War Continues
Today is day 2 of the renewal of the Russian air assault against Ukraine.
Over a hundred attacks in the last 36 hours have killed dozens, injured hundreds, and caused some to head west.

The difference is that no one is really surprised, the people have shelters ready to go to and their collective spirit of unity against the Russian terrorists seems to be strengthening.
But there is one development to which you can be a part of the solution.
Temporary housing.
A number of folks in the southeast are fleeing the occupying aggressors whose record of atrocities is well documented.
They are headed west into safer space inside Ukraine.
Our partners are ready and able to help them with a warm bed, hot food and basic needs.

YOU can help us keep helping them.
Please pray.
