“Awesome is God from his sanctuary; the God of Israel—he is the one who gives power and strength to his people. Blessed be God!” Psalm 68:35 ESV
Yesterday Oleg had another surgery to remove more shrapnel and continue the slow careful process of saving his foot. I think this was surgery number 7.
The doctors remain hopeful because they are surprised that nerves in Oleg’s foot are responding. I give God glory for this great news.
THANK YOU for praying. Please don’t stop.
He has had some fever in the last few days, so as you pray, bring this matter before the throne of grace.
Add to your pray relief from pain. The procedures are not without side effects and an increase in pain is one of them.
Thank you for your prayers. Isn’t it incredible to remember that the Lord Jesus knows and sympathizes:
“Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:14-16 ESV
Thank you for praying.
