I got a fake email from amazon (yes, i order books) customer care with this in the subject line:

then i read on, it has a FDX tracking number and it showed a HUGE dollar amount… so I (stupidly) opened the attachment (a zip) file and…

sooo… HOURS of work later (thanks to Symantec’s instructions!!) I am fixed, clean and up and running…
