the Imam sounds the “call to prayer” and I pray in Jesus name that the Gospel will be known in this town…

Ramadan

When I arrived in Bosnia earlier today, I learned it was Ramadan. The folks here are not very strict… there was drinking of coffee and soft drinks as usual. There is a drought here though and the water in the tap is only on every other day.

For me it has been a day of prayer. I climbed to the fortress ruins on the hill above the town and have walked the streets and asked god to send the Gospel of Jesus, a gospel of freedom and forgiveness to these people.
