Under these bridges (overpasses) are Roman artifacts…

no. 1
no. 2
no. 3

A colleague who is a classicist has provided the desired translation and information from the tablet pictured below:

IMP(ERATORI) CAESARI
TIT(O)? AELIO
HADRIANO
ANTOINO?
AUG(USTO), PIO, P(ATER) P(ATRIAE)
CO(N)S(UL) III
LEG(IONI) II ADI(UTOR) P(RAEFECTUS) E(QUITUM)

“For the Emperor Caesar
Titus? Aelius
Hadrian
Antoninus?
Augusutus Pius, Father of the Fatherland
In the year of his 3rd consulship
Given by the Secretary of the Second Legion,
the prefect of the cavalry.

It appears to be some kind of stone dedicated to the Emperor Antoninus Pius who ruled from AD 138 to 161.

Many Thanks to Patrick the Latin scholar!

no. 4 (NO! I do not count as a Roman artifact, thank you very much)
